What's New at S and S Enterprises

The first step was syncronization with the Palm Date book. You can now use a Palm Pilot along with your Farriers Basic 5.8 program. You can now syncronize your FB Appointment book with the Palm date book. This will make the FB5.8 an even more valuable tool than it already is.

What's coming in version 6.0?

In 2002 you will be able to sync your address book on the Palm and the client list in FB 5.8. Also you will be able to create invoices on your Palm and then simply sync them at the end of the day with your home PC or Laptop to print out the invoices. Also we are trying to set up Infared printing via PrintBoy for the Palm Pilot. Then you can print an invoice from your Palm Device.

Updated March 4 2002-- The new version has taken some giant leaps here lately. There are going to be a few more new features:

1. FB6 will show you a cost and net for each invoice. So you will now know exactly what you are making. You can set up your own cost for each Procedure in the procedure database. As well as a cost for each material if you use the material feature.

2. We have been approved to add a great new feature to our software by Cashflow Technologies. The Farrier Basic 6.0 will allow you to keep Credit Card and or Bank Account Info for each Client in a password protected database. And Cash Flow can set you up a Merchant account so You can offer your clients the ability to use Credit Cards or Electronic checks as a form of payment to you for your business. THIS IS A GREAT CASH FLOW BENEFIT. All deposits are electronically deposited in your account!! No more waiting for your money!  More below
